Land & Wave Ltd Terms and Conditions for Individual and Group Adventure Bookings N.B. School & Corporate programmes are subject to individualised terms and conditions - please ask for further details. 1. Payment Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment or a 50% deposit.  Full payment is due two weeks prior to your activity date.  All major debit & credit cards accepted. 2. If you cancel or make changes Full payment will be forfeited upon cancellation if notified inside of 14 days prior to the booking date.  All cancellations/reduction in group numbers should be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or phone. Reductions in group size inside of 14 days prior to the activity date will result in the group leader being held liable for the full cost of the cancelled activity or reduction. 3. If we cancel or make changes In the event of us having to cancel the activity a free transfer to an alternative date or activity will offered.  Land & Wave Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense resulting from force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances outside of their control e.g. inclement weather or change of venue for safety purposes.  Land & Wave Ltd reserve the right to amend the running order of your activity day should this be necessary to provide the best service possible.  If minimum numbers are not reached, Land & Wave reserve the right to cancel the activity with a full refund or transer to an alternative date, if appropriate.  4. If you are late to your session In the event of you arriving more than 15 minutes late to your session you may lose thr right to your session and in such circumstances a refund will be offered at the discretion of Land & Wave Ltd. 5. Insurance & Safety Land & Wave Ltd has full public liability insurance. It is the nature of adventure activities that there will always be some degree of risk.  Prior to activity all participants will be asked to complete an acknowledgement of risk.  Please make yourself familiar with this by clicking here.  Our insurance does not cover you for inherent risks or client negligence.  Whilst not mandatory you may wish to arrange your own personal injury insurance.  For your own safety it is imperative that you abide by the decisions of our guides.  We reserve the right and discretion to make changes to planned routes and venues as a result of adverse or impending conditions.  6. Alcohol & Drugs Land & Wave Ltd also reserves the right to refuse participation to clients that they believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and in such circumstances no refunds shall be given.
