What's the coasteering like? Crystal clear water, very little tide restriction, incredible limestone cliffs, great caves, great wave cut platforms. Safe, exciting with LOTS of variety.

The two day course covers CPR, defibrillator (Automated External Defibrillator ) training, emergency response and dressing wounds.

First Aid is absolutely crucial for an outdoor instructor but also a great life skill for everyone and we can't recommend enough for everyone to get some training in if you get the chance.

We've been squeezing in as many sessions around work as we can, donning wetsuits at 7am, braving the cold and practicing our skills.

Now our trainees have gained solid paddle skills, the focus has shifted to the coaching side of things and being able to lead groups.
