You may have read our ‘Gym vs the Great Outdoors’ blog back in January.

We KNOW it's not just us who prefers to be outside!

That's why we've launched a range of outdoor fitness and adventure sessions running weekday mornings and evenings from the beach at Sandbanks.DSC 9523

What sessions do we run?

Beach Circuits
A fast-paced session using various equipment across multiple circuit stations.  Perfect if you want to increase your strength and aerobic fitness whilst having fun in a group environment.

HIIT Beach Functional Fitness
High intensity interval training on the beach using bodyweight exercises.  A fast-tempo workout for those who are not shy of a little hard work.  

Ladies SUP & Social
Come along to meet like-minded women whilst developing your paddle boarding skills.  Get fit without even knowing and make new friends.  We provide you with a wetsuit, paddle board and tuition.  All abilities welcome.

Paddle Boarding Club
Open to all abilities. Come along, learn and develop your paddle boarding skills.  Always varied, including a range of journeys, skill development and all-round good fun.

When do the sessions run?

Sessions run on Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays’ before and after the working day.

How much does it cost?

One off sessions cost £7 for an hour of fitness & £13 for 1.5 hours of paddle-boarding. All prices include equipment such as wetsuits and boards if required.

We also offer discounted prices if you book a 'class pass'.
