During the course you will look at the environmental factors to determine how far you can safely travel from shore. Whilst identifying safe exit points and expanding your knowledge of rescue techniques. It will give you the proficient skills to adapt to problems and enable you to have a safe and enjoyable day out on a stand up paddleboard.

There are no pre-requisites apart from knowing how to paddleboard. This course is aimed at people who can paddle board and are interested in developing their SUP knowledge.
What I need to bring?
All necessary equipment is provided (wetsuit, buoyancy aid, paddle board)
You'll need to bring water shoes, towel, swimwear, warm clothes, notepad, pen, lunch and water bottle.
Where is it?
This course will take place at our base in Sandbanks.
